Reports will be exported in the format set in Perp Preferences and saved to a location specified in your web browser preferences (usually to the Desktop or to a Downloads folder) You will then have to locate and open the report to view or print it.
Reports can presently be generated in Open Office Document format (.odt), Adobe Reader Portable Document Format (.pdf), or Microsoft Word Document (.doc) format. For information about report formats in pERP, see Setting Your Preferences.
The Report_Inventory_Location is a report of ALL stock in EVERY location, and takes several minutes to generate. This ties up your machine (you can't do any other work in pERP) as well as system resources. Best to do this at the end of the day (Future versions may include parameters to filter by location and stock category)
Report_to_order_report will produce a report of goods required to order. It compares existing stock on hand with Min/Max levels. This has parameters as shown in the screen shot.

Location - set for any location or sublocation. Setting All requires more time for the report to run. Stock Category - Check of as many as are needed. The more you set, the longer the report takes to generate. Stock Type - Set as required. Generate report - Create the report.
